World Bank comes up with a list of best places/countries to do business in. In the list for 2013 it has ranked India on 132nd place among 185 countries.
In 2012 India stood at the same position.
On the ease of doing business, Sri Lanka ranks 81st while Bangladesh ranks 129th, Pakistan ranks 107th and Nepal ranks 108th.
For India a few parameters have improved while a few of them have gone worst.

In August last year Indian government had launched something like starting a company within 24 hrs. We don’t know the progress of that.
