I recently came across an infographic on the most prestegious engineering institutes in India IIT’s. The infographic speaks on the rise of IIT’s in India.
There are a total of 16 IIT’s in India which have a total of 9647 seats and over 4.5 lakh students who appear for the entrance exam.
IIT is also planning to set up a campus in Singapore by 2015.
