What according to you makes a workplace great? Pay Scale, people, kind of work, kind of ambiance, achievement, the kind of good “Hari Sadhu”, or something else?
ET came up with a list of great places to work for in India. The list of top 50 and the list of best companies in various industry verticals, emerge as a result of the most extensive workplace study in India – “India’s Best Companies to Work for” Study which is conducted by The Economic Times and Great Place to Work Institute, India.
Around 600 organisations registered for this year’s study, about a hundred more than last year.
Last year Google topped the list and this year too it maintains it’s position. To my surprise NTPC has entered in the league of best employers, last year it stood at 19th but this year it stands at the 3rd position. The only Indian PSU in the top 20 list!
