Many people say it’s good to work for a startup while a few say it’s not. Would you like to work for a Startup or for an MNC? I would rather prefer startups as my job there would be very challenging and I would have more opportunities than an MNC would have given to me.
Here are a few reasons why one should work for a startup:
First and foremost it’s fun and challenging to work at a startup and innovate. Secondly you have a group of like minded people who share the same vision. Various other reasons like-
- You get ESOP’s (a financial reward) and become a part owner of the company.
- You have challenging things happening and you can’t afford to miss them out.
- You get great and diversified experience.
