It was a lazy Saturday for me and I wanted to buy books (novels) to read. It was raining too! I didn’t feel like going out of my place just o buy the books.. I surfed through flipkart and saw the books were in stock and were available for discount too. I ordered them on the spot with payment on delivery option.
Had I been to Cross Words I would not get the discount and that too 30% 
Monday morning Flipkart guys send me an SMS that your shipment has been shipped and should reach you within couple of business days.
Three hours after I received the SMS the Flipkart guy was at my door step with the books!
Their turn around time was less than 48hrs, impressive isn’t it. I was more than happy!

Flipkart is an amazing place to buy books.
I generally buy novels, IT books for my courses and all… And they deliver it fast as well… Mostly within a Day’s time. Excellent Service

I have totally different experience with Flipkart. I have ordered 3 books for study on 21st Jan, 2012, by paying full amount. However even after 14 days I have not received any books. The support team only told me that your books have been dispatched as per the status, But I am not in receipt of any one book.

This has never hardened with me in the past. Well off lately I have heard about many of such instances. Many people are cribbing about Flipkart’s service.
Well I think they need to improve on this then!
